

Hi, I’m Kyla McAnulty (Kyla L.), founder of Make the Day Nutrition. I hold a B.S. in Biology and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Education, along with a Nutrition Coaching certification.
I’m passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition—without the confusion, extremes, or one-size-fits-all plans. At Make the Day Nutrition, my mission is to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel confident in your food choices and build habits that truly last.
